Insurance Accepted:Blue
Cross PMD, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Complete, United Healthcare,
Aetna, Seniors First, Viva Healthcare, The Oath, Humana/Tricare, and
most other commercial carriers. As a courtesy to our patients, all primary
and secondary Insurances are filed for you by our office staff. However,
charges incurred are the patient's responsibility and it is up to you
to make sure your insurance company pays within ninety days of service
and your account is paid in full. You will be responsible for any co-pay,
deductibles, and non-covered services. Please make sure our office has
the correct information concerning your insurance company and current
